Cheezy Walnut Pasta
A simple and healthy recipe using walnuts to make a vegan cheese sauce for pasta.

soaked walnuts

vegetable broth

cooked carrots

nutritional yeast

smoked paprika

chopped yellow bell pepper

cooked pasta of choice
Instructions
Place the soaked and drained walnuts, broth, nutritional yeast, carrots, bell pepper and spices into a blender.
Purée until very creamy and smooth. Taste, adding more salt/seasonings as desired.
Toss with 8 ounces cooked hot pasta.
