Basic Açaí Bowls

bowls! These bowls are such a tasty summer treat with everything we'd like to see on a PB3 Plate.

Ingredients

Packet of unsweetened açaí

Frozen bananas

cup
Frozen blueberries

Tablespoons
hemp seeds
1-2
Pitted dates

cup
Unsweetened soy milk
Instructions
In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine: 1 packet unsweetened acai, frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, hemp seeds, pitted dates, and unsweetened soy milk.
Blend until smooth.
Add your favorite toppings. We like fruit, hemp seeds, or nuts/nut butter.
