Ingredients
1cupcashewssoaked in hot water for at least 5 minutes or easier blending
1/2cupwater
2tablespoonsolive oil
2 tablespoonslemon juice
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoon dried dill
1/2teaspoon dried parsley
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Drain the cashews, if soaked ahead of time.
Place the cashews and rest of the ingredients into a blender and puree until creamy and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Depending on the power of your blender, this may take up to 5 minutes.
