Remove the stems from the kale leaves and tear into bite-size pieces. Wash and dry completely, this will make the seasonings adhere easier to the kale.
Drizzle the kale with olive oil and use your hands to mix the oil into the leaves.
Add the spices and use your hands again to mix the seasonings into the leaves.
Place the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, turning the baking sheet halfway through cooking. The kale leaves should be crispy!
