2tablespoonspotato starch or corn starch
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
1-2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1-2teaspoons onion powder
1/4teaspoonsmoked paprika
3/4teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Lightly oil the baking sheet with about 2 teaspoons of the oil. This helps for a crispier tofu.
Tear the tofu into bite-size pieces, then place into a bowl. Toss with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil until well-coated.
Whisk together the starch, flour, spices and salt. Add to the tofu and toss until well coated, making sure no starch is still visible.
Add in a single layer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
