The greenest spaghetti in all the land! Which, on October 28th, we’re calling MONSTER PASTA because it’s just more fun. This is also what I plan on serving before trick-or-treat!

Ingredients
8ozpasta
1/3cupfrozen peas
1 1/2cupsbroccoli(chopped)
1/2-1/3cupprepared pesto of choice (see note)
Instructions
Cook 8 pasta according to package directions.
About 3 minutes before pasta is said to be done, add in 1/3 cup frozen peas & 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup pasta water.
Add back to pot with 1/3 - 1/2 prepared pesto of choice (were partial to Trader Joe's kale pesto) and a splash of pasta water. Toss, toss, toss until well combined.
Enjoy as is, or stir in grated parm (regular/dairy free) if you like!
