Overnight oats with strawberries! A simple meal-prep breakfast recipe.

Ingredients
2cupsrolled oats
4cupsfortified milk of choice
4 teaspoonschia seeds
4 tablespoonsunsweetened yogurt of choice
4teaspoonsmaple syrup
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupfinely chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
Divide into each jar: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to briefly set.
Mix the chopped fresh strawberries with the remaning 2 teaspoons of maple syrup and mash gently. Let sit while the oats are in the fridge for 30 minues.
Remove the jars from the fridge and mix again, then divide the strawberries on top of the oats, and place back in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
Notes
Steel cut oats won't work. I like instant oats for very creamy overnight oats, or rolled oats for more texture.
