This chocolate tofu pudding is rich, delicious, and nutritious! Made with six simple ingredients in under five minutes, its a healthy, dairy-free dessert or snack the whole family will love.

This Chocolate Tofu Pudding delivers all the nostalgic yumminess while giving your little ones (and yourself!) a dose of plant-powered nutrition.

How to Make Chocolate Tofu Pudding

  • 1 package silken tofu
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Simply blend everything together until smooth, and chill if desired. That’s it!

Chocolate Tofu Pudding

This chocolate tofu pudding is an easy to make, healthy snack for kids that packs in protein, healthy fat, and calcium.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 package silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until melted.
  • Add melted chocolate, tofu, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy within 5-7 days.

    This recipe is sooooo good! Once it all has a chance to set in the fridge, it takes on this creamy, mousse like texture. Will be in our regular rotation of sweet snacks!
