Meet the Moms who created the cookbook.

We’re Whitney and Alex, founders of the Plant-Based Juniors (PBJs) community and we are so glad you’re here. We’re Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Certified Personal Trainers and parents to PBJs ourselves.

We’ve developed thousands of plant-based recipes over the past decade, written cookbooks and ebooks, and helped countless plant-based families raise their kids on nutritionally-balanced diets.

We started PBJs as a resource for families — like us — who want to raise their kids in a predominantly plant-based way and feel confident about the many decisions that come with nourishing children.

Plant-Based Juniors welcomes all forms of plant-based eating, because we know that good health is not all or nothing. We support parents in the dietary pattern they feel works best for their family — whether that’s vegan, vegetarian, reducetarian, or whatever.
