    • Dr. Reshma Shah
    • Whitney English
    • Alexandra Caspero MA, RD, RYT, is a registered dietitian and New York Times bestselling chef.

      She is the co-founder of Plant-Based Juniors and co-author of The Plant-Based Baby & Toddler. Additionally, Alex is part-owner of rootberry, a plant-based food company in St. Louis, MO and founder of the award-winning website, Delish Knowledge.

    • Reshma Shah MD, MPH is a pediatrician, award-winning author, and speaker.

      She teaches for the Stanford University Pediatric Integrative Medicine fellowship and for the Stanford Healthy Living Program and previously served as an assistant clinical professor at Rainbow Babies Children’s Hospital and affiliate clinical instructor at Stanford University School of Medicine.

    • Whitney English MS, RDN, CPT is a registered dietitian nutritionist, author, consultant, and public speaker.

      She has created nutrition programming for the Food Network, My Fitness Pal, and Mind Body Green. She is the founder of the popular media channels, Whitney E. RD, co-founder of Plant-Based Juniors, and co-author of the bestselling book, The Plant-Based Baby & Toddler.

    • Virginia Messina, MPH, RD

      Dr. Messina is a nutrition consultant and the co-author of The Dietitians Guide to Vegetarian Diets and Vegan for Life in addition to seven other books on plant-based nutrition. She was twice a co-author of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Position on Vegetarian Diets. She has taught nutrition to university students and worked as a public health nutritionist. Her website is TheVeganRD.com.

    • Karina Maher, MD

      Dr. Maher is a pediatrician in Los Angeles who practiced clinically for 21 years before focusing on medical education. She has created board testing content for the American Board of Pediatrics and is currently working on editing pediatric board study materials and several projects to educate physicians on the health impacts of climate change.

    • Reed Mangels, PhD, RD

      Dr. Mangels is a Nutrition Advisor for the non-profit, educational Vegetarian Resource Group as well as a regular columnist and Nutrition Editor for the quarterly publication, Vegan Journal (formerly Vegetarian Journal). She is a co-author of the recently released 4th edition of The Dietitian’s Guide to Vegetarian Diets and of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics 2009 and 2003 position papers on vegetarian diets.

    • Dr. Ratcliff is a Pediatric Psychologist specializing in weight management and motivational interviewing. She received her MPH at Emory University School of Public Health and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and has provided trainings to a wide variety of organizations.
