Beet Smoothie

In my house, we call this one the Heart Beet ❤️ Smoothie! It’s a fun way to incorporate beets into this red velvet cake-inspired smoothie.

creamy beet smoothie

My kiddos usually don’t touch their beets, but they love throwing them into this fun beet smoothie.

If you’re looking for a yummy way to introduce beets, then we recommend this recipe. It’s creamy, hot pink and naturally sweetened with frozen strawberries and dates.

It’s also easy to make. Simply combine all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until creamy and smooth.

We do recommend using frozen strawberries and bananas for this one as it helps the texture of the smoothie. Fresh strawberries and bananas won’t work the same way.
