Blueberry Protein Smoothie

April 28, 2025 Plant-Based Juniors

Jump to Recipe

Back with another protein-rich smoothie for you. Similar to our Chocolate Protein Smoothie, this one contains 15 g of protein without anything extra– no powders or supplements required.

Instead, the base is soy milk, chia seeds and flax seeds. In addition to 15 g of protein, this smoothie also contains 16 g of fiber, 4.3 mg of iron and 3.2 mg of zinc.

It’s a powerhouse smoothie that’s great for breakfast, snack or even as a meal.

Snacking on our blueberry smoothie in our Plant-Based Juniors Apparel.

My kids have been enjoying this smoothie since the time they were toddlers all the way up to now!

I prefer wild blueberries in this recipe as I find that they are sweeter (and contain double the antioxidants of regular blueberries!) but any frozen berry will work.
