Dole Whip Dupe

April 9, 2025 Plant-Based Juniors

Jump to Recipe

My kids love Dole Whip, so I wanted to create an at-home version. This Dole Whip dupe recipe requires only three ingredients and is ready in minutes.

The key is pureeing the frozen pineapple in a food processor until it resembles chunky shaved ice and then slowly pouring in the coconut milk.

Canned coconut milk is necessary here, a coconut milk beverage won’t work the same way.

Then, puree the pineapple until creamy, adding coconut milk and a splash of lemon juice for tartness.

If you want to make this sweeter, I recommend adding a tablespoon or two of maple sweetener along with the coconut milk.
