Our pineapple lemonade was such a hit this summer with both our kids and our readers that we decided to make a delicious popsicle version. 🙂

As they are no-sugar added and naturally sweet, these pops can be enjoyed by babes of all ages… and adults, too.

Here’s how to make them!

First, you’ll blend together chopped pineapple, lemon juice, and full-fat coconut milk. A food processor or high speed blender with a tamper work well.

Although drained, canned pineapple may work in a pinch, we recommend using either fresh or thawed from frozen for best results.

Then, once all of your ingredients are combined, pour them into popsicle molds and stick them in the freezer.

I love this pineapple popsicle so does my husband and 2 year old. It tastes like a pina colada and we are all obsessed.
